Merry Christmas, have a beer!
As promised, we had two other brews we tasted on Christmas eve: Two Brothers Brewing's Cane and Ebel and Bosteels Brewery's Tripel Karmeliet.
The Cane and Ebel didn't really leave much of an impression on me; it was good, but not something I'd probably try again. The Tripel, though- very complex and interesting! I'm not sure I'd had a beer with three different grains like this, brewed from a 300+ year old recipe. Tasty! (unfortunately, after consuming so much sugar in the form of cookies, I couldn't drink much of it!)
